BASIC CILL OR RAIL REPLACEMENT PACKAGE

Our New Cill or Rail Replacement Package means our skilled team will remove the defective item such as a rotten window cill or rotten window rail.  We will then manufacture a new matching item that will be made from hardwood.

Our repair work is mainly carried out on the project site and the new item will be replaced in-situ ready and primed and ready for  painting.  This can be a cost-effective package for clients with many windows looking to just maintain their windows ready for the next redecoration cycle.

We advise our clients that should a window be in a state of disrepair that sometimes having newly-made windows can be a more cost-effective option but we will discuss this with you on-site as to the best way to proceed with your project.

FASCIA REPAIR PACKAGE

Our skilled team will remove all existing rotten timber.  Using the repair care system –  an approved method for the restoration of timber, we will apply a wood hardener and apply the resin and scarf in timber for larger areas.  Unlike powder fillers our resins can be moulded to shapes and profiles and is a permanent repair.

This is a cost effective solution which will allow you to retain your existing fascias.
