Survey Report and Estimate
HRG Services will visit your property or site and discuss your project with you and what the best course of action is for your project. After our survey we will provide you with a detailed estimate underlining all the keys points and costs for your consideration.
Skilled Craftsmen
We only ever use skilled craftsmen to work on your property. Craftsmen that have learnt their craft over many years working on listed and period properties. Our team work in Wiltshire and the neighbouring counties of Dorset and Hampshire but we do carry out larger projects further afield if required.
Repair and Replacement
We can repair, replace and repoint where needed to listed buildings, period properties and monuments throughout Wiltshire.
For our repairs we use a product called Lithomex. Lithomex is a special formulated mortar and is perfect for repair work. It is a special formulated mortar which is perfect for repair work as it simulates masonry, brick and stone and can match the colour and texture of the original surface.
Cleaning
We can restore and preserve surfaces affected by environmental pollution and organic growth using various techniques including the use of the JOS/VorTech and ThermaTech systems together with a range of poultice and chemical options. Our trained team can delicately restore surfaces back to a more even presentation. On cleaning we are not always looking to get surfaces sparkly new, but to have a more even finish and tidier appearance focusing on the age of the property in question.
We can conduct trial panels
On many projects we advise that before any major work are started that trial panels are completed.
This will ensure many things from the level of clean that can be achieved, damage to surface and of course costs.
Although this is at an extra cost first of it can prove a good cost saving exercise in the long run.
