Grade II Listed Cottage Salisbury
Summary
HRG Services were contracted to carry out restoration works to this charming Grade II 18th century stucco fronted cottage close to Salisbury Cathedral.
All works were carried out on time and budget to the satisfaction of the client. The works included restoration work to the front door and sash windows restoration.
Specification
This project required our full project management service using our trusted restoration team. Being a Grade II listed building it was essential that all work was carried out in the style fitting with neighbouring terraces.
The front door was repaired with resin and new door furniture fitted. For security reasons the client chose to have the ground floor window to be fixed shut, all rotten areas were removed and replaced with our Resin Repair, once applied the window was primed, undercoated and painted.
For the first floor windows, all rotten areas were removed and resin applied and new spring balanced system installed along with our draught proofing.
