Full Sash and Frame Refurbishment Salisbury

Summary

HRG services were contacted to carry out various tasks in the Bedroom and Study of this beautiful property in Salisbury, Wiltshire. All the work was carried out on time and within budget to the satisfaction of the client. The Refurbishment included a full restoration of 4 over 4, and 6 over 6 sash windows. In this process the current window frames were assessed to identify rotten areas, before restoration.

Specification

This project required our full project management service team as well as our trusted restoration team. The style and finish was paramount with both client and the HRG team working symbiotically to ensure the refurbishment was completed to a high level. The First floor sash windows were repaired with a new bottom rail and side splicing. Both windows were prepped, primed, then coated with new pulleys added to the weighted sashes. New Sash locks were installed and the windows were then treated for rot where necessary. Exterior and interior painting was also completed on this property, and the Client was more than happy with the final result.
